At CargoCraft Solutions, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality customized and normal shipping containers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the process and guidelines for returning items and seeking refunds.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. Provide them with your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Once you have received the return authorization number, carefully package the item and ship it back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If your refund request is rejected, we will provide you with a detailed explanation for the decision. In some cases, we may offer alternative solutions or exchanges.
Exceptions
While we strive to accommodate all returns and refund requests, there are certain exceptions to our policy:
- Customized shipping containers: Due to the personalized nature of customized orders, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
- Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
