Terms and Conditions – CargoCraft Solutions Selling Shipping Containers

  1. Definitions
    a. “CargoCraft Solutions” refers to the company engaged in the sale of shipping containers.
    b. “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing shipping containers from CargoCraft Solutions.
    c. “Shipping Container” refers to the metal box used for transportation and storage of goods.
  2. Placing an Order
    a. The Customer can place an order for shipping containers by providing all necessary specifications, quantities, and any other relevant information to CargoCraft Solutions.
    b. By placing an order, the Customer affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Pricing and Payment
    a. The prices for shipping containers are provided by CargoCraft Solutions and are subject to change without prior notice.
    b. All payments for shipping containers must be made in full and in the currency specified by CargoCraft Solutions.
    c. CargoCraft Solutions may require a deposit or partial payment at its discretion before processing an order.
  4. Delivery and Shipment
    a. CargoCraft Solutions will make reasonable efforts to deliver the shipping containers to the Customer within the agreed timeframe.
    b. The Customer is responsible for verifying and providing accurate shipping and delivery address details.
    c. Any additional expenses related to customs fees, taxes, or other charges incurred during shipment will be the Customer’s responsibility.
    d. The risk of loss or damage to the shipping containers passes to the Customer upon delivery.
  5. Returns and Refunds
    a. CargoCraft Solutions will only accept returns for shipping containers if they are damaged upon delivery, provided the Customer notifies CargoCraft Solutions within 48 hours of delivery.
    b. To initiate a return, the Customer must provide proof of purchase and details of the damage to CargoCraft Solutions.
    c. In the event of an approved return, CargoCraft Solutions will provide a replacement or refund for the damaged shipping containers, excluding any shipping costs.
  6. Product Warranty
    a. CargoCraft Solutions offers a limited warranty for shipping containers against defects in material and workmanship for a specified period from the date of delivery. The warranty details will be provided separately.
    b. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or natural wear and tear.
    c. For warranty claims, the Customer must notify CargoCraft Solutions in writing and provide proof of purchase.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    a. CargoCraft Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale, delivery, or use of the shipping containers.
    b. CargoCraft Solutions’ liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific shipping container(s) giving rise to the claim.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CargoCraft Solutions is located.
    b. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the purchase of shipping containers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By placing an order for shipping containers from CargoCraft Solutions, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
